James "JB" Soto, PsyD
Dr. JB Soto will begin as a Postdoctoral Fellow at Insights Psychology in October 2026. Dr. Soto provides psychotherapy and psychological evaluations across the lifespan, with a focus on adults. His areas of expertise include autism, ADHD, neurocognitive conditions, mood disorders, anxiety, trauma, OCD, and other mental health concerns.
Dr. Soto has extensive experience serving diverse cultural and linguistic communities, including immigrants, refugees, and asylees, while taking a holistic, person-centered approach that considers each individual's unique experiences, identity, and environment. He is also trained in EMDR.

John (LJ) Taugher, MA
LJ Taugher will begin as a Predoctoral Intern at Insights Psychology in September 2026. He provides therapy for teens through older adults, tailoring treatment to each individual's needs and lived experiences.
LJ works with depression, anxiety, PTSD, substance use, ADHD, autism, LGBTQ+ concerns, life transitions, and other mental health challenges. His clinical training includes community mental health, college counseling, psychological assessment, neurodivergent populations, healthcare settings, and serious and persistent mental illness.

Tamera Drechsler, MA
Tamera Drechsler will begin as a Predoctoral Intern at Insights Psychology in November 2026. Tamera works with children as young as 10, adolescents, and adults.
She works with concerns including anxiety, depression, trauma, life transitions, relationship challenges, body image, self-esteem, and disordered eating. Tamera has experience in medical settings, outpatient therapy, psychological assessment, and multidisciplinary care.
Her approach integrates CBT, DBT, RO DBT, SFBT, and person-centered techniques to support clients in building resilience, self-awareness, and meaningful change.

Ashley Dimas, MA, LADC, LMFT
Ashley Dimas will begin as a Predoctoral Intern at Insights Psychology in September 2026. Ashley has experience providing therapy for children, adolescents, and adults.
She works with anxiety, depression, trauma, substance use, co-occurring disorders, LGBTQ+ concerns, military and first responder communities, life transitions, and relationship challenges.
Ashley's clinical background includes community mental health, residential treatment, outpatient programs, crisis intervention, and private practice. She utilizes CBT, DBT, mindfulness, and person-centered approaches to provide compassionate, collaborative care.

Shenae Lundberg, MA
Shenae Lundberg is a Practicum Student at Insights Psychology. She provides psychotherapy to adolescents and adults and works with individuals experiencing anxiety, depression, trauma, stress, relationship concerns, emotional regulation difficulties, and life transitions. Shenae is accepting new clients.
Shenae has clinical experience in inpatient mental health, crisis intervention, outpatient therapy, and case management.
Her therapeutic approach integrates CBT, ACT, mindfulness, and strengths-based, relational techniques to help clients build resilience, foster meaningful growth, and create lasting, positive change.
